About the Role
You will oversee all building services components across complex interior and refurbishment schemes, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire systems. Working closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you'll ensure high-quality delivery, efficient coordination, and alignment with project programmes.
 
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is technically strong, solution-focused, and confident managing multiple interfaces within a live construction environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all building services activities across hotel fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Oversee services design, installation, commissioning, and compliance
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work aligns with programme, budget, and quality expectations
• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to identify risks or clashes
• Provide technical guidance and support to the wider delivery team
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all services meet regulatory, safety, and performance requirements
• Support procurement, planning, and services-related reporting

About You

• Intermediate to senior-level experience in Building Services Management
• Strong background working for a main contractor, ideally on fit-out or refurb projects
• Excellent understanding of MEP services and coordination
• Confident reviewing technical documentation and resolving site issues
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple services streams in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
