Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are looking for a driven site manager.  We’re on the lookout for a motivated professional to join a great team, managing a variety of industrial construction projects across New Zealand’s North Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a variety of construction projects ranging from $3 million to $10 million in value.
• Lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand building standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 4 - 10 years of construction site management experience.
• Proven experience working on industrial projects is helpful and good to highlight in your cv, but not essential.
• New Zealand experience is essential – we are not considering overseas candidates at this time.
• Flexibility to travel across the North Island. Most projects will require being on-site from Monday to Friday, but some may be closer to home, so daily travel is suitable.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic construction environment. 

What’s on Offer:

• A competitive salary package of $95,000 - $135,000 NZD (depending on experience).
• Company car, fuel card, and 5 weeks of annual leave
• The flexibility to start after Easter 2026
