What you'll do:

• Lead contract administration across multiple projects, managing contracts, variations, and claims.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, applying your quantity surveying expertise to track financial performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to resolve commercial and contractual issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations while mitigating risks.
• Mentor and support junior staff, sharing your knowledge of commercial and contract best practices.

What we're looking for:

• Senior experience in contract administration or quantity surveying in construction.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
