An exciting opportunity is available for Intermediate and Senior Site Managers to join a well-established construction group delivering high-quality hotel fit-out projects in Fiji. This is a unique chance to take your construction career offshore while working on premium hospitality developments in a stunning Pacific location.

These roles will suit experienced site managers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams on complex interior fit-out projects, and are open to relocating for a fixed-term assignment.

The Opportunity
You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will help drive the successful delivery of hotel refurbishment and fit-out works.

This role is based in Fiji for the duration of the project (12-18 months) and is not a FIFO position. Candidates must be willing to relocate for the term of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations on hotel fit-out projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Work closely with project management teams to keep delivery on track
• Monitor site progress and manage any on-site challenges proactively

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction or fit-out projects
• Experience delivering hospitality, hotel, or large-scale interior fit-outs highly advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
• Willingness to relocate to Fiji for 12-18 months
