A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys full project ownership, and wants to contribute to a business with a strong, secure workflow.
 
About the Role
You'll take responsibility for the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects — from early estimating and tender submissions through to contract administration, variations, cost control, and final accounts. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end QS responsibilities across several projects concurrently
• Preparing estimates, tenders, and cost plans
• Overseeing procurement, contract management, and financial reporting
• Monitoring costs, assessing variations, and preparing progress claims
• Working closely with project and production teams to ensure programme and cost alignment
• Providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders
• Using digital systems confidently to manage documentation and reporting 

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate or Senior-level Quantity Surveyor experience
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence owning project financials
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern QS/PM software
• A proactive, resilient, and solution-focused approach
