Are you an experienced construction leader ready to take charge of large-scale commercial and industrial builds? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established construction company delivering great projects across the Bay of Plenty region.
 
About the Role
You'll lead the delivery of complex commercial and industrial projects ranging from $15M to $25M, overseeing all stages from pre-construction through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Full accountability for project planning, delivery, and financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and construction programming.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Drive excellence in construction methodology and project execution.

About You
You're a proven project leader with a strong track record in commercial and/or industrial construction. You know how to bring people together, manage complexity, and deliver exceptional results.
 
You'll bring:

• 10+ years' experience in commercial construction, with several years in a senior PM role.
• Successful delivery of projects in the $15M-$25M range.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of NZS3910 and procurement frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.
