An excellent opportunity is available for a Cadet or Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to build a long-term career within a well-established construction business.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their Quantity Surveying career who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine ambition. You will be supported by an experienced commercial team and exposed to a broad range of construction projects, providing an outstanding platform for professional development.

The Role
You will work closely with senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Teams, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the commercial function, including:

• Cost tracking and reporting
• Subcontractor procurement and variations
• Measurement and take-offs
• Financial administration and contract support
• Learning commercial best practice in a live project environment
