With a strong pipeline of secured work, this business delivers a range of high-quality projects typically valued between $5M and $25M across sectors including education, commercial, industrial, and refurbishment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Project Manager who enjoys leading projects from pre-construction through to handover and takes pride in delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion
• Oversee programme, budget, procurement, and contract administration
• Manage client relationships and act as the key project contact
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive project performance, quality, and health & safety outcomes

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the New Zealand construction market
• Track record delivering commercial projects in the $5M - $25M range
• Strong knowledge of NZ contracts, construction processes, and local market conditions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Motivated, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality projects
