The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while also contributing to business development where opportunities arise. You will play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping drive their professional development.
The role remains hands-on and technically engaging, involving:

• Preparation of detailed cost plans across all design stages
• Construction cost estimates
• Tender analysis and cost comparisons
• Contract and tender support
• Ongoing commercial advice throughout project delivery

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification
• Solid New Zealand experience in a senior QS role
• Proven mentoring or leadership capability
• Strong understanding of the NZ construction market
• A collaborative and professional working style
• Commercially astute with a big-picture mindset
• Experience across commercial, residential, and/or industrial projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
