Job Description:
Seeking an Exploitation Specialist/Data Steward (Junior Level) to work in our St. Louis, MO location.
This offer is contingent upon Prime and government customer acceptance, validation of appropriate clearances, and approval from a cognizant government contracting officer. After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
Provide the FG NOX (SFP) with data steward support. The Data Steward is primarily focused on SFP data quality and investigates quality and integrity issues using applied statistics, building algorithms, and collaborating with domain expertise to convey complicated realities to non-technical audiences.

Experienced with intelligence operations focusing on the TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process.
Job requirements:
Manage data-related issues throughout the data life cycle, including creation, evaluation, organization, storage, deletion, documentation, and dissemination.
Develop data policies, standards, and requirements to ensure integrity and quality.
Perform data conditioning techniques and processes for data quality purposes.
Conceptualize the relationship between a database structure and the requirements for analyzing and visualizing the data both temporally and spatially.
Work with various stakeholders to develop data strategies and provide the necessary data to meet mission requirements.
Ensure new workflows can be integrated seamlessly with our modernized database applications and enterprise-level APls.
Assist in other data management tasks related to SFP's modernization activities.
Assist in automating repetitive data management tasks.
Transfer data between multiple formats and networks.
Deliver service solutions that integrate best practices to modernize current practices.
Assist with Production Office input and updates to the requirements database.
Assist with training NSG community members on the requirements database before the annual data and validation call.
Participate in strategic development activities in accordance with stated NGA, Source (S), Foundation GEOINT Group (SF), and FG NOX (SFP) goals and objectives.

Required Skills:
US Citizen.
Active TS/SCI required w/CI Poly eligibility.
Working knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcPro.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data mining, cleansing, and exploring spatial, temporal, and non-spatial data in both structured and unstructured formats.
Familiarity with common data science libraries and frameworks, plus:
PostgreSQL, PostGIS, PgAdmin.
Application programming interfaces (APls).
Remote sensing expertise - EO, SAR, MASINT, IR, and LiDAR.
High School Diploma and 2+ years of GEOINT Intelligence experience.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and/or Geography/GEOINT.
Experience with workflow management systems, such as Flowable.
Working knowledge of MapInfo/MapBasic GIS/database software.
Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau.
2+ years' experience in programming languages such as Python or R (statistical analysis), data preprocessing, and basic machine learning algorithms.
