Role: Executive Operations Specialist (SES/Flag-Level Support) - Office of Force Resiliency (OFR).
Location: Arlington, VA

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (flex)

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Operations Specialist to support the Office of Force Resilience (OFR) at the Pentagon. This is a high-visibility, onsite role supporting Senior Executive Service (SES) and Flag-level leadership in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in executive-level operations, task management, and high-tempo coordination, and can operate independently with precision and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Provide executive-level operational support to SES/Flag leadership, including taskers, briefings, and coordination.
Own and manage ETMS2 and tasker tracking systems, ensuring all actions are assigned, tracked, and closed on time.
Prepare daily/weekly status reports and executive-level briefings for senior leadership.
Manage high-level signature packages routed to ASN (M&RA), Under Secretary of the Navy, and other senior offices.
Develop and maintain SOPs and process improvements to increase office efficiency.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and executive engagements across DoD stakeholders.
Support onboarding, training, and ETMS2 tasker processes for new personnel.
Assist with high-visibility initiatives, leadership events, and executive materials.

What We're Looking For:

Direct experience supporting SES, Flag/General Officers, or equivalent senior leadership (REQUIRED).
Strong experience with DoD/Navy tasker systems (ETMS2 highly preferred).
Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-priority taskers in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of the Department of the Navy structure, routing, and executive workflows.
Exceptional written communication skills, including executive correspondence and briefings.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to anticipate leadership needs and operate independently.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.

Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance (REQUIRED).
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in DoD, Navy, or Federal executive support environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
