Work with this financial services organisation as part of a purpose-driven HR team. If you've worked in a highly compliant financial setting, understanding that regulation is put in place to protect employees, the workplace, and its customers, then you'll fit right in! They're looking for their next Senior Advisor to help support with capability uplift across the organisation, provide advice on ER matters and assist with a variety of generalist activities.

As a vital member of the P&C team, reporting to the People Manager, you will actively contribute to the organisation's strategic vision by collaborating closely with your own client group, and working closely with Business Partners to reach their people-driven goals.
Your Role in Action We’re on the hunt for a dedicated HR professional to provide timely guidance to employees and leaders on people-related matters. In this generalist role, you will offer best practice solutions for employee relations issues, advise on awards and the current Enterprise Agreement, and partner with leaders to enhance leadership capability and business alignment. You will manage end-to-end employee relations cases, support the People Manager with complex ER matters, and assist with WHS matters, including return-to-work plans and work cover claims.
Additionally, you will support onboarding processes and manage offboarding feedback and respond to employee queries. You will support audit requests, participate in HR projects, and handle any other relevant tasks as required.
Your Toolkit - Solid experience in a professional services environment
