Meal Preparation Worker – Night Shift

Sunday to Wednesday | 10:00pm start | Approx. 8-hour shifts
$39.46 per hour

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Meal Preparation Workers to join a busy cold storage food production facility located in Banyo. This is an ongoing night shift opportunity suited to candidates with food preparation experience and strong attention to hygiene and safety standards.

About the Environment:
This is a cold storage facility where employees will be working in temperatures around 5°C. 

As this is a food production environment, employees must not wear:

• Make-up
• Jewellery
• Fake nails or fake eyelashes
• Perfume or cologne

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation, including cutting and preparing vegetables
• Handling and moving tubs and ingredients
• Manual handling and lifting of up to 15kg
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards within the production environment

Requirements

• Previous food preparation experience
• Good knife skills
• Ability to lift up to 15kg safely
• Full Australian working rights
• Reliable transport, including a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
