Are you studying Hospitality Management or a related qualification and looking to gain valuable Australian industry experience?
We are seeking motivated Hospitality Operations Interns to join leading hospitality businesses across Sydney and Melbourne. This paid internship provides practical exposure to day-to-day venue operations while allowing you to develop the leadership and operational skills required for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
You'll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals, gaining hands-on experience in restaurant, hotel, café, event, or venue operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of hospitality venues.
• Assist with food and beverage service and customer experience.
• Learn venue opening and closing procedures.
• Support reservations and guest enquiries.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Participate in event and function coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Australian food safety and hospitality standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and managers across different operational areas.
• Contribute to maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed Hospitality Management or a related qualification.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Australian working rights.
