Due to continued growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Administrator to join their team and provide first-line technical support to a diverse client base.

About the Role
Working remotely from home, you'll be the first point of contact for clients requiring technical assistance.
You'll be responsible for managing incoming support requests, troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues, providing phone and remote support, and ensuring clients receive timely, professional service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and building their technical knowledge while working in a collaborative team environment.
Occasional travel to client sites will be required, so a current driver's licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to business clients
- Answer incoming support calls and assist users with technical issues
- Log, manage and prioritise support requests through the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 issues
- Assist with user account setup, access management and password resets
- Provide remote technical support to end users
- Assist with software installation and configuration
- Escalate more complex technical issues where required
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Assist with occasional onsite client visits
About You You're someone who enjoys helping people, learns quickly and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an IT support, helpdesk or customer support role
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
Desirable - Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Exposure to Active Directory and user administration
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience using ticketing or PSA systems
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications
