About The Role Join DBG Health as a
National Account Manager for a
12-month Fixed-Term contract, leading the commercial strategy and execution for one of our key national accounts,
Chemist Warehouse. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, optimising profitability, and building strong, long-term customer partnerships through strategic planning, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities across product categories and customer segments
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBPs), promotional strategies, and sales forecasting to deliver revenue and volume targets
- Manage key customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusted partnerships
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, trade terms, and investment, to maximise profitability
- Own account-level P&L, monitoring trade spend, ROI, and overall financial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of account plans
Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally within beauty, personal care, FMCG, or consumer goods
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and trade spend
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with key retail customers
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Effective communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
