About The Role
Join VidaCorp New Zealand as Brand Activation Manager - Beauty, driving growth and building brand equity for market-leading beauty brands across the NZ market. Partnering with local and global teams, you will lead impactful paid social campaigns and execute best-in-class brand activations that connect consumers with our brands in meaningful ways.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok to drive awareness, consideration, and brand growth
- Develop high-performing creative, copy, and audience targeting strategies aligned to campaign objectives and platform best practice
- Deliver brand activation initiatives including events, promotions, sampling, giveaways, and customer marketing programs
- Manage project timelines, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor campaign and activation performance, providing insights, optimisation recommendations, and post-campaign ROI analysis
- Manage A&P budgets, including monthly reporting, reconciliation, and reforecasting
Skills & Experience - Proven experience in paid social media, brand activation, or marketing, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands
- Strong working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and digital marketing tools, including content, reporting, and performance optimisation
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging, platform-native campaigns and activations
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign results into actionable insights
- High-energy, collaborative, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of the New Zealand retail and consumer landscape
