About The Role

Join DBG Health as a Security Operations Manager, a senior role focused on leading and maturing security operations across a complex, enterprise-scale environment. Acting as the bridge between technical security and the broader business, you will drive a proactive, intelligence-led security posture while engaging stakeholders and owning the end-to-end security tooling landscape.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and continuous improvement of the security posture
Act as the senior escalation point for high-severity incidents, coordinating containment and recovery efforts
Own and optimise the security technology stack (including Azure, Defender suite, and related tools), ensuring effective control implementation
Identify, evaluate, and introduce new security tools to enhance capability across the environment
Drive automation and operational efficiencies through playbooks and integrated workflows
Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to embed security controls and "Secure by Design" principles

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in security operations within large, complex enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, Microsoft Defender suite, and modern security tooling (e.g. Abnormal AI)
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and controls
Experience owning and managing a security tech stack, including implementation of controls and optimisation
Solid knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001) and operational best practices
