About The Role
Play a key role in shaping DBG Health's enterprise data ecosystem as a Data & Solution Architect. You will lead the design of scalable, secure data platforms while remaining hands-on in delivering solution architectures that enable high-quality data for analytics, AI, and business decision-making.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise data architecture strategy, including data models, platforms, and frameworks
- Design and oversee scalable data solutions across pipelines, integrations, analytics, and AI initiatives
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data initiatives and resolve architectural challenges
- Lead platform evolution through roadmap development, gap analysis, and technical uplift initiatives
- Mentor teams and promote best practices in data architecture, modelling, and modern data technologies
Skills & Experience - 4-6 years of proven experience in data architecture within complex, enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in modern data platforms (data lakes/lakehouses, warehouses, cloud-native ecosystems)
- Deep understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience designing data pipelines, integrations, and scalable architectures
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience mentoring teams and driving best practices across data and analytics functions
