About The Role

Join our Beauty divisions CRM Centre of Excellence as a CRM Specialist, executing data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across leading beauty brands, including Makeup Cartel, MCoBeauty, and Nude by Nature. This role focuses on delivering targeted, personalised communications via email and SMS, while optimising customer engagement, retention, and performance through strong data, segmentation, and automation practices.

Role & Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns (email & SMS), including build, testing, deployment, and optimisation
Develop and manage automated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement)
Support segmentation strategies and personalisation to improve targeting and conversion
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand CRM content
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement
Maintain data integrity, compliance, and CRM best practices across platforms

Skills & Experience

Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within eCommerce, beauty, or retail
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo (or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and KPIs
High attention to detail with strong QA and data accuracy capabilities
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
