Warehouse Associate Bartlett, TN | $17–$21/hour | Multiple Shifts Available

TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution center in Bartlett, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning different areas of warehouse operations, and working as part of a team.
You’ll be cross-trained across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping, giving you the opportunity to build experience across the full fulfillment process.
What You'll Do
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products following established procedures
- Use RF terminals and WMS/menu-driven applications to process orders
- Maintain established production, pace, and accuracy standards
- Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping
- Provide quality service to internal and external customers
- Follow OSHA and company safety and loss-prevention policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working at a consistent, steady pace — approximately 250 picks per hour
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math and number matching
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, sit, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple warehouse functions
Pay & Shifts
Pay: $17.00–$21.00/hour depending on shift - Monday–Friday: Starting at $17.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday Evening: $19.00/hour
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday Weekend: $21.00/hour
