Overview
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to support our business development team by identifying prospects, initiating outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers. This role plays a critical part in generating new business opportunities for our staffing and recruitment services.
 
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, resilient, and capable of managing high-volume outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
 
Pay and Incentives

• Salary: $1500 - $2200 US Per Month (depending on experience)
• Activity Bonus Available
• Incentive Available for revenue generated

 
Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in targeted industries.
• Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, decision-making authority, volume, and pain points.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and senior sales representatives.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach (dialer, email sequences, LinkedIn messages).
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all outreach and conversations in the CRM.
• Follow scripting frameworks while maintaining a natural, conversational approach.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
• Research companies and identify key decision-makers (HR, Operations, Plant Managers, Owners).
• Overcome objections and maintain control of the conversation.
• Send personalized follow-up messages to increase engagement.
• Align with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and continuous improvement sessions.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, appointment setting, or B2B lead generation (preferred but not required depending on training).
• Strong English communication skills with clear, neutral accent.
• Experience using dialers, CRMs, and basic outreach tools.
• Ability to carry professional conversations with HR leaders, executives, and business owners.
• Comfortable making 80-100 outbound calls per day (depending on market segment).
• Strong attention to detail and CRM documentation discipline.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow structured outreach cadences.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet, distraction-free workspace.
