Set beneath a retractable glass roof and wrapped around a 50-year-old bougainvillea, our 200-seat Greek restaurant in Redfern’s Wunderlich Lane is a spectacular place to work. It’s the team on the floor who brings it to life.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves being in the middle of service and knows how to bring out the best in people. Someone who can lead a big room while making each table feel looked after.

What you’ll do

• Lead the floor through busy services, keeping standards high and the team connected
• Coach and develop your FOH team through clear direction and regular feedback
• Manage rostering and labour costs with a strong understanding of service needs
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep the whole restaurant moving together
• Build guest relationships and handle feedback with care

What you’ll bring

You’ve led a busy, quality-focused restaurant and know how to get a large team working well together. You’re confident with the commercial side of the role and understand how your decisions affect both service and performance. You stay steady under pressure, communicate clearly and lead by being involved. You love the floor, notice the details and know when someone needs a hand.
