About the role
We are seeking a Portfolio & Reporting Analyst to join our Group Project Management Office (GPMO).
Reporting to the Portfolio Scheduling & Reporting Lead, this role plays an important part in supporting portfolio governance, reporting, and project management quality assurance across organisational initiatives. You will help maintain accurate project data, schedules, and reporting to ensure leadership has clear visibility of project progress, risks, and milestones.
This role supports both GPMO-led and business-led projects, helping ensure planning, reporting and project artefacts meet agreed PMO standards and governance requirements
What you’ll do
- Maintain portfolio schedules and planning artefacts to ensure they are accurate, current and aligned to PMO standards
- Track key milestones, deliverables and project updates across organisational initiatives
- Support the preparation of portfolio dashboards and reporting packs for leadership and governance forums
- Assist with maintaining RAG status updates, milestone tracking and variance reporting
- Perform quality assurance checks on project artefacts to ensure alignment with PMO governance and lifecycle standards
- Support Project Managers and business teams with scheduling updates and reporting inputs
- Assist with continuous improvement of portfolio reporting, dashboards and PMO processes
About you
You are a detail-oriented analyst with experience supporting project delivery environments and portfolio reporting.
You will bring:
- Experience in a PMO, project coordination, reporting, scheduling or project control’s role
- Strong analytical capability with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality
- Experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Jira or Confluence
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines
- Confidence working with Project Managers and stakeholders to gather and validate project information
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process consistency
