Assistant Coordinator – St William’s OSHC
Part Time | 30–35 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced OSHC professional ready to step into a leadership role where you can influence practice, support educators, and help shape a high-quality program?

We are seeking a confident and capable Assistant Coordinator to support the daily leadership of our service and contribute to positive outcomes for children, families, and educators.
About the Role
Working closely with the Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the service, supporting program quality, team performance, and compliance.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will:
- Support the daily operation of the service, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met
- Contribute to engaging, intentional programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
- Mentor and support educators to strengthen practice and team capability
- Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community
- Assist with problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous service improvement
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture where educators feel supported and accountable.
About You - Experience in OSHC or school-aged care, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time, Our Place, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to guide and support educators in delivering quality outcomes
- Confidence managing daily operations including ratios, programming, and compliance
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using Xplor or similar childcare management systems

- Current Blue Card
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
