HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for a well experienced National Injury Management Specialist. They are a global leader in providing risk management, insurance, and employee benefits solutions.
  
The key focus of this role is to develop improvement activities to minimise claims cost impacts whilst optimising recovery at work for injured/ill team members. Candidates with experience across different jurisdictions and complex claims will be highly desirable.
  
Duties will include:

• Review and manage workers compensation and injury management framework and processes to optimise efficient outcomes
• Engage insurers, medical practitioners and rehab providers to facilitate positive and effective injury management and recovery at work for both work related and non-work related injuries
• Align workers compensation and fitness for work priorities incorporating specific business unit and location requirements
• Manage workers compensation claims, including complex claims, lead regular case reviews with key stakeholders

  
To be successful you will:

• Proven experience in delivering Workers Compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Demonstrated results in improving Workers Compensation performance
• Minimum 5 years experience in a large and geographically diverse organisation
• Proven ability in managing challenging and complex claims
