We have multiple opportunities for Claims Consultants to support those impacted by the recent weather events in QLD and Northern NSW.

These roles are both short term contract role and longer contracts with the opportunity to go permanent. Working Holiday Visas are welcome to apply. Training will be provided, but we are ideally seeking applications from those with property or motor claims management experience. 
    
Benefits:

• Salary (experience dependent): $65,000 - $80,000 + Super
• Open to WHV applicants
• 3-6 Month Contract with potential for extension & permanent work

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of property claims management, lodgements to repair coordination
• Liaise with clients, insurance companies, external providers, and recovery specialists.
• Effectively negotiate and settle claims in a timely fashion while managing costs Navigation multiple systems and enquiries in a fast paced environment
• Review adjusters' reports and ensure strong database management

About you:

• Available to start a new role within the next 2 weeks.
• Ability to deal with a variety of clients.
• Experience managing property insurance claims or similar.
• Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
