Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their team in South London. 

Position: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor               
Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience         
Location: South London                      
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position: 

• Support the Head of Department on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. 
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including terms of conditions, consultancy agreements and supply agreements. 
• Conduct legal research to provide high-quality legal advice to clients. 
• Liaise directly with clients, third parties and other professional advisors. 
• Support business development initiatives where appropriate. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in Corporate and/or commercial matters. 
• Commercial awareness with a practical and solutions based approach. 
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
