Leasing Consultant – South Yarra

• Boutique, high‑end residential portfolio
• South Yarra location – close to public transport, cafés and retail
• Monday to Friday 

Are you a people-focused Leasing professional who loves matching great tenants with quality homes? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, reputable residential team based in the heart of South Yarra.

You’ll be the face of the business for prospective tenants – the one they meet at opens, call with questions and trust to guide them through the leasing process. If you’re organised, well-presented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role will give you the platform to grow your real estate career.

About the role:

• Conduct open for inspections, private appointments and routine ingoing inspections
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage rental applications, process references and prepare tenancy documents
• Liaise with prospective tenants and the property management team to secure quality leases
• Assist with advertising, online listings, photography and property presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a high standard of communication at all times

About you:

• Agents Representative Certificate (or Cert IV equivalent) and current driver’s licence
• Previous experience in real estate, customer service or sales is highly regarded
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, positive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Tech-savvy with solid administration skills and good attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive and keen to learn and build a long-term career in property
