New Role in the Customer Operations Team at CyberCX

Key Responsibilities
Provide support to internal stakeholders with sales transactions, including quote preparation, ordering, fulfilling and invoicing orders.
Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
Efficiently and effectively process inquiries and orders.
Keep the sales database up to date with relevant information and interactions.
Drive new and renewal business by proactively preparing relevant information regarding opportunities.
Use negotiation techniques to get the best outcomes to our customers.
Help the Customer Operations Team to implement changes and continually improve our processes.
Provide administrative support to produce tenders, bids and other sales related documentation.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Must have previous experience preparing quotes for a large technology organisation
You will be familiar working with vendors, and either have worked for a distributor previously or have a strong understanding of how they operate from some
Able to process and manage new business, renewals, alterations, and cancellations to high standards of customer service.
Experience providing administrative support to produce tenders, bids, and other sales related documents.
Customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers
