As a Consultant, Cyber & Cloud Solutions, you'll play a key role in helping customers solve their most critical cyber security challenges by developing compelling, commercially sound and technically robust proposals.
Working across our Commercial & Solutions Group and partnering with specialists from every CyberCX practice, you'll help shape customer engagements from the very beginning - bringing together technical expertise, commercial thinking and customer insight to create winning solutions.
What You'll Do
As part of our Cyber & Cloud Solutions team, you'll support the development of tailored solutions for a wide range of enterprise and government customers.
You'll:
- Partner with technical specialists and business leaders to develop customer solutions.
- Support the preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations and customer materials.
- Conduct research, develop work effort estimates and contribute to commercial pricing models.
- Help design innovative cyber and cloud solutions that deliver real business value.
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple practices to bring together the right expertise for each opportunity.
- Contribute to bid management activities and help ensure proposals are delivered to a consistently high standard.
As your experience grows, you'll have the opportunity to lead the development of customer opportunities from qualification through to proposal submission.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with experts and turning ideas into compelling customer solutions.
You'll likely bring:
- Around 2+ years' experience within professional services, technology or cybersecurity.
- Exposure to cyber security, cloud technologies or digital transformation.
- Experience supporting customer engagements, pre-sales or solution development.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop clear, compelling customer documentation.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer outcomes with business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with technical specialists and senior leaders.
A degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
