The Role

We're looking for an exceptional leader to architect and deliver an Agentic SOC capability that will set the benchmark for modern cyber defence.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of SOC Engineering, APAC, you'll own the strategy, design and evolution of next-generation SOC capabilities across the region.
  
You'll:

• Define and execute the roadmap for an AI-first, Agentic SOC.
• Lead the engineering of enterprise-scale SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR and Threat Intelligence platforms.
• Shape security operations across a diverse, fast-moving region with unique threat dynamics and regulatory complexity.
• Design autonomous detection, response and orchestration capabilities.
• Build resilient Zero Trust security architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing SOC Engineering team.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to shape regional cybersecurity strategy.
• Develop strategic relationships with technology vendors and industry partners.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

You'll bring extensive experience leading SOC Engineering or Security Operations transformation within a complex enterprise environment.
  
You'll also have experience with:

• SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR and Threat Intelligence platforms
• AI-driven security operations and advanced automation
• Cloud and hybrid security architectures
• Zero Trust principles
• MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF and ISO 27001
• Building and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Delivering security transformation at enterprise scale
• APAC cybersecurity landscape knowledge
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or GIAC are highly regarded.
