How will you make an impact
Design, shape, and guide secure AI‑driven transformation across the Financial Services (FS) sector. This role blends deep AI solution design expertise with industry‑specific security, compliance, and operational understanding.
Day to day you will:
- Design and solution secure AI initiatives tailored to Financial Services environments and aligned to help organisations protect against evolving threats.
- Design and oversee secure‑by‑design architectures for AI transformation initiatives, ensuring all solutions embed robust security controls, governance, and risk‑mitigation from inception to delivery
- Develop secure AI deployment patterns, reference architectures, and reusable blueprints specific to regulated FSI contexts
- Lead AI solution design during presales, discovery, and transformation engagements, translating business needs into secure, actionable architectures
- Scope and articulate security, governance, and compliance requirements for AI systems across banking and payments ecosystems
- Collaborate with industry leads, account teams, and client executives to shape AI transformation opportunities and support revenue generation
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, core banking systems, and operational workflows
- Work across all security practices at CyberCX ensuring all solutions are designed with relevant skills and capability of team members in mind
- Ensure appropriate solutions consider relevant regulatory frameworks for Financial Services in APAC
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, agentic patterns, and security trends to inform solution design and client advisory
Skills & Qualifications - 8+ years in solution architecture, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
- Deep understanding of secure AI architectures, agentic workflows, and deployment patterns in regulated industries
- Experience delivering production-grade systems within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of security domains, including governance, risk, compliance, and secure software delivery
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable AI architectures
- Proven capability to work across advisory, presales, and delivery, balancing strategic and hands-on responsibilities
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with APRA, CPS 230/234, PCI-DSS, and other FSI regulatory frameworks
