• Salary packing (up to $18,550), leave loading (17.5%) & other great incentives 
• 30 hours per fortnight, with set shifts from 0800 - 1300 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

We are seeking someone who is engaged, organised, proactive, and has strong attention to detail, with a passion for supporting clients to participate in meaningful activities in a fast-paced environment. 

✨ What you’ll be doing: 

• Lead and support outreach activities that promote social connection and engagement 
• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in preparing and serving meals, ensuring a welcoming dining experience 
• Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on enhancing the client experience 
• Follow individual care plans to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences 
• Provide mobility assistance to support safe and comfortable movement 
• Stay attuned to emotional and physical needs, ensuring care is always person-centred and responsive 

Essential:

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Confidence using systems and technology in your daily work 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain) 

Desirable: 

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience working in centre-based settings or with people with disability
