About the Role
As the Client Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of exceptional client experiences across the full journey from first contact through onboarding and ongoing engagement. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement strategies that strengthen relationships, improve service delivery, and support organisational growth.
This is a key leadership role within our Brand, Experience and Community function, where you’ll oversee a team of Client Liaison Team Leaders and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client outcomes and community impact.
This is a permanent full-time position with 75 hours per fortnight, which will be located in Wilson, WA 6107.
