About the role
As one of our Nurse Assessor’s you’ll deliver high quality, person centred nursing care to Clients living with a range of neurological conditions including MS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, MND, ABI and Stroke.
Your days will be filled with completing initial nursing assessments, developing care plans, and collecting clinical information to ensuring safe nursing services for our clients. As the first point of contact for our Clients and their carer’s, you’ll also provide compassionate, person-centred guidance from the very first interaction.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Partner with GPs, pharmacists, and specialists to create comprehensive care plans that address all of the Client’s needs.
- Keep Clients’ medication records up-to-date and work closely with healthcare teams to provide ongoing care adjustments as necessary.
- Provide not just physical care, but emotional support to Clients and families, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and understood.
- Work alongside an expert team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals living with neurological conditions.
- Guide new Clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and personalised support from day one.
- Conduct in-depth initial assessments, develop tailored care plans, and ensure Clients receive the highest standard of care.
- Travel throughout the community to support clients (pool vehicles available)
What’s on Offer We have a permanent part-time position available (60 hours per fortnight) for either an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse at various stages of their careers. This role will be based in Bunbury or Busselton.
For Enrolled Nurses, we are looking for individuals with a solid foundation of experience (around 3-4 years), with exposure to the disability and/or neurological sector.
For Registered Nurses, we are open to graduate RN’s as well as those with more developed clinical experience. Any experience in disability and/or neurological sector will be highly valued.

A bit about you…
You’re an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN), with a heart for community care. A strong understanding of neurological conditions like Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neuron Disease, and skilled in catheter and wound care is desirable. You’re a compassionate communicator who can engage with clients and their families, and you thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments. You’re ready to bring your expertise to a role where you can truly make an impact.
Must Haves: - AHPRA registration as an Enrolled nurse or Registered Nurse
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate or the ability to obtain
- Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain
- Current C Class driver’s licence
