Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a leading national civil construction contractor specialising in asphalt surfacing, spray sealing, road rehabilitation, and major civil infrastructure projects throughout North Queensland.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple Civil Supervisors to join their Townsville-based team ASAP. 

Civil Site Supervisor

• $120,000 - $160,000 + Super 
• Townsville Based + Remote Site Work Across North QLD
• Permanent Full-Time Position
• Long-Term Career Progression

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Supervising site crews across asphalt spray seal, road construction, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Planning and coordinating daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Leading and mentoring Foremen, Leading Hands, plant operators, and labour crews.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
• Monitoring quality assurance and ensuring work complies with project specifications.
• Conducting pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Ensuring compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Liaising with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Travelling to remote project locations across North Queensland as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a Supervisor role within asphalt spray seal, civil construction, or main roads projects.
• Alternatively, 3-5+ years' experience as a Senior Foreman or Leading Hand ready to progress into a Supervisor position.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage crews and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Sound understanding of road construction, asphalt surfacing, and spray seal operations.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Based in Townsville or willing to relocate within 3-6 months.
• Willing to travel and work away on remote projects throughout North Queensland.
