Labourer Required 
$40 - $45 hr + Super (Pending Experience) 
Casuarina Location | 6 - 7 Week Project
Monday to Friday, typically 7:00am - 5:00pm
Commencing as of 16/09/2026
 
Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Labourer for an upcoming 6-7 week installation project in Casuarina with our client who are a global manufacturer and installer of insulated panels and doors. 

Please note, works will be undertaken within a high-security correctional facility. Successful candidates will be required to comply with all site security, access and safety requirements.
 
The role: Reporting to the Leading Hand and working alongside the experienced site team, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the construction and installation of cold room / freezer room insulated panels and associated components
• General carpentry and construction duties
• Moving and organising materials as required
• Following all correctional site and safety procedures

To be successful for this position:

• Previous experience as a construction labourer
• Construction White Card
• Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to complete a Department of Justice clearance
• Availability for the full project duration
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
