Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a leading WA concrete and formwork contractor delivering major commercial projects across Perth.
  
This is an opportunity for a site-based Project Engineer with proven superstructure, structural concrete and formwork experience to manage key construction packages across high-profile commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate structural concrete packages from planning through to delivery
• Oversee superstructure works including columns, cores, suspended slabs and vertical construction activities
• Review structural drawings, identify design issues and manage RFIs
• Develop and implement formwork and construction methodologies
• Provide technical support and guidance to supervisors and site teams
• Support procurement, quality assurance, project planning and reporting
• Liaise with builders, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery

Experience Required:

• Proven site-based Project Engineering experience within a structural concrete, formwork or commercial construction environment
• Demonstrated experience delivering superstructure/framing packages on high-rise or multi-storey commercial projects
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete construction, including suspended slabs, PT slabs, columns, cores and other structural elements
• Experience coordinating formwork systems such as Doka Tables, Skydeck, Hydraulic Screens, Jumpform, Slipform (essential)
• Ability to interpret structural drawings, manage technical queries and resolve issues through RFIs
• Surveying experience highly regarded but not essential
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Full Australian Working Rights
