$70,000 - $80,000 + Super (Pending Experience)
Permanent, Full-Time Role with Extensive Growth Opportunities 
 
Our client is a growing WA owned retailer with a strong presence in the outdoor and mechanical industry, mainly supplying equipment used in cars, caravans & 4WD's. As a result of ongoing growth, they are looking to expand into all states across Australia, requiring them to add a Procurement Administrator to join their Product Development team.
 
What will this position entail?
This role will see you providing strong support to the Product Development team, responsible for the below duties:

• Prepare and format product documentation, including test sheets, specification files, and certification records.
• Manage central product and procurement folders, keeping timelines, samples, and related data up to date.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain samples, information, and delivery updates while supporting ongoing relationship management and basic negotiations.
• Oversee stock planning and forecasting to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support ordering decisions.
• Handle the full product ordering workflow, ensuring all required documents, approvals, and information are completed accurately.
• Perform data entry and generate reports where possible to maintain accurate product details, pricing, specifications, selling history and SKU information.
