Our client is a well-regarded engineering consultancy servicing the mining and resources sector. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Perth-based team and play a key role in delivering major mining projects.

Project Manager
Office-based Perth CBD
Monday to Friday, fulltime hours 
Salary Negotiable (Pending Experience) 

The Role: Reporting into senior management, this role will oversee the delivery of EPC/EPCM mining projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams while working closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep projects progressing as planned
• Monitoring and controlling project scope, timelines, budgets and potential risks throughout engineering, procurement and construction activities
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships and providing updates throughout the project delivery process
• Supporting the overall management of the project lifecycle, ensuring work is delivered in accordance with safety standards, project requirements and industry regulations
• Assisting with tender submissions, project planning activities and internal process improvements to support ongoing project success

About You: You're an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams and delivering complex mining projects successfully. Other key requirements are:

• Demonstrated experience leading EPC/EPCM projects, ideally within mineral processing or mining environments]
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of multi-disciplinary engineering environments and applicable industry standards
• Strong capability in managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risk and contractual obligations
• Familiarity with project scheduling and management tools such as Primavera and/or MS Project
• Commercially minded, safety-driven, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and continuous improvement
