Our client who is based in the north-east suburbs of Perth are a leading manufacturer of residential and light commercial aluminium windows, doors and frames along with bespoke glass products.
 
They are currently seeking an additional Customer Service Administrator to work alongside several others in your section but also coordinate with multiple others in various divisions. There are approx. 80 others that work on the site in a production and office environment.    
 
Duties:

• Serve as the contact for customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
• Assisting with the bookings system including data entry
• Helping to coordinate and schedule customer orders and providing updates where needed 
• High level of customer service both on the phone and on emails 
• General administration duties

About You:
This role will suit someone who has ideally had previous admin / customer service experience within a manufacturing / factory environment before and understands timeframes / delays and at times product supply restraints. You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional phone manner, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.    
 
Please note: This position does require full Australian working rights. 
 
Details:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm 
• $35.80 p/hour + Super
• Casual with a view for permanency after 3 months
• Full Training is provided with the role.
