We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a well established company with a strong local presence. This is a newly created role, giving you the chance to help shape how HR partners with the business and to make a real impact from day one.
 
You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing practical HR advice across a broad generalist portfolio. The focus is on building strong relationships, supporting leaders through people matters, and helping the business achieve its goals.
 
Duties and Tasks

• Partnering with senior leaders and acting as a trusted HR Advisor
• Providing clear, practical advice on employee relations, industrial relations and performance matters
• Supporting organisational initiatives and business priorities as they arise
• Contributing to people strategies that make sense for the business
• Applying policies and legislation in a consistent, sensible way

About You

• Previous experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role
• Experience with employee and industrial relations highly desirable
• Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written to key stakeholders
• Strong attention to details and problem solving skills

What's On Offer

• Permanent role with a salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 p.a. + super
• 40 hours per week with a 9-day fortnight (RDO every second fortnight)
