Construction Assistant
$70,000 - $90,000 + Super (Pending Experience)

Our client is a leading landscape gardening company, with various construction projects across the Perth Metro Area. As a result of ongoing growth, they are seeking a Construction Assistant in a full-time position, looking for career growth within the industry.
 
Job Duties:

• Assist with site preparation, including digging, levelling, moving materials, and setting out project areas.
• Support the installation of landscape construction elements such as retaining walls, paving, turf, garden beds, irrigation systems, and drainage.
• Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, compactors, power tools) safely and efficiently.
• Work alongside the construction team to ensure projects are completed to specification, keeping the site clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers on project progress and providing frequent updates.
• Completing safety paperwork and basic documentation where required.

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience, including hard and soft scape experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to deal with various subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manual drivers licence and reliable transport.
• Full Australian working rights and available for a long-term, full-time role.
