Customer Service Representative
$65,000 - $75,000 + Super (Pending Experience)

Our client is a well-established retailer for mechanical equipment and accessories based in Rivervale and as a result of substantial and ongoing business growth, they are currently seeking a strong candidate to add to their customer service team.
 
What will this position entail?
This role will see you joining the customer service team within our clients office, responsible for the below jo duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries across phone, email, and social media, ensuring every interaction is professional and customer focused.
• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and product guidance, including handling faults, end-user issues, and warranty questions.
• Manage after-sales support such as complaints, refunds, credits, returns, and organising product replacements or collections.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to resolve cases efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate work orders and continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

What do you need to be successful in this position?
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for customer service and are looking for a long-term opportunity to showcase their communication and interpersonal skill.
 
Experience working in Customer Service within a retail environment is desired, but not essential if Customer Service is something you would love to pursue.

As this is a permanent full-time position, you will be required to have full working rights and available for a 40 hour week, Monday - Friday.
