Pearl Recruitment requires Loader Operators for the following ongoing roster:
 
Position Details

• Location: Goldfields Region, WA
• Roster: 2:1 – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
• Shifts: 12-hour days and nights
• Pay Rates:
  • Trade Qualified: $79.01/hr (flat rate)
  • No Trade: $65.38/hr (flat rate)
• Estimated Weekly Earnings:
  • Trade Qualified: $6,636.84 before tax
  • No Trade: $5,491.92 before tax

About the Opportunity
You will be operating loaders in a mobile and fixed plant crusher environment, supporting production, maintaining safe work practices, and contributing to smooth site operations for one of the region’s leading mining services contractors.
  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating loaders to feed mobile and fixed plant crushers
• Monitoring plant performance and assisting with basic maintenance
• Supporting production and site operations in a safe and efficient manner

  
Experience Required

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience operating loaders on mobile and/or fixed plant crushing circuits

  
Mandatory Requirements

• Full Australian Driver’s Licence
• Working at Heights (valid within 2 years)
• Confined Space (valid within 2 years)
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

Desirable

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
