Construction Manager
$130,000 - $160,000 + Super + Vehicle + Phone (Pending Experience)
Location: Perth Metro (South of the River)
 
Pearl Recruitment is currently searching for a Construction Manager for our client, who is a well-established landscaping and civil works company known for delivering high-quality outcomes across public spaces, community infrastructure, and commercial developments. What will this position entail?
This senior role will see you taking charge of end-to-end delivery of landscape construction projects across the Perth Metro region. You'll be responsible for overseeing planning, people, and project performance to ensure each site operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from tender stage through delivery, handover, and completion.
• Lead supervisors, site teams, and support staff to drive consistent performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programs.
• Provide strong technical knowledge across landscape construction, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and site preparation.
• Monitor progress, anticipate issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain workflow.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and reporting requirements.

How can I be successful?

• Previous experience in a similar Senior Site Management role within related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Current manual driver's licence and construction white card.
• Full Australian working rights.
