Plant Stock Coordinator

Our client is a well-established and respected landscape gardening company, with various maintenance, construction and irrigation projects across Western Australia. As a result of ongoing growth, they are seeking a Plant Stock Coordinator in a full-time position, looking for career growth within the industry.
 
What will be my responsibilities?
This position will see you coordinating all plant orders and deliveries across various projects, responsible for:

• Sourcing and ordering plants for the projects according to client requirements, liaising with various nurseries to ensure efficient receival of stock.
• Managing plant inventory accuracy, including completing stocktakes, recordkeeping, and updating nursery management systems.
• Receiving, inspecting, preparing, and dispatching stock to meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Liaising with various departments on plant requirements, orders, deliveries and forecasting future orders of plants.
• Considering client feedback on various plants to provide future recommendations to upcoming projects.

How can I be successful:

• Strong background in horticulture or plant nurseries.
• Intermediate computer and excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise and negotiate with various nurseries.
• Drivers licence, reliable transport and construction white card.
• Full Australian working rights.
