Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a well regarded landscaping company that delivers high quality work across commercial, residential and government spaces. They are expanding their team and are looking for motivated Landscapers and Gardeners at all experience levels. Multiple positions are available, and the company is open to both experienced candidates and those with a genuine interest in the industry and a strong willingness to learn.

Current Openings

• Junior team members
• Experienced maintenance gardeners
• Experienced construction landscapers

Rate: $30 - $45  (depending on experience)

About the Role
Maintenance work includes mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, planting, general grounds maintenance and open space management.

Installation work includes turf, irrigation systems and retaining walls.

What We Are Looking For

• A desire to learn and a positive attitude.
• Experience in commercial horticulture, turf management or open space maintenance is highly regarded.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Horticulture, Turf Management or Landscape Construction - advantageous
• Additional licences or machinery tickets are an advantage.
• A valid drivers licence and reliable transport are required.
