We’re looking for a talented Kiwi Quantity Surveyor keen to take their career overseas and join a leading commercial construction company in Dublin. This role is perfect for someone with strong commercial QS experience who understands plans, measurements, and practical construction processes. You’ll be involved in cost planning, tendering, and commercial project delivery—helping ensure projects run on time, on budget, and to high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
• Manage budgets, valuations, variations, and progress claims
• Work closely with site managers, clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Support value engineering, risk management, and cost control
Candidate Requirements:
• Commercial Quantity Surveyor experience (NZ or overseas)
• Experience with refurbishments, commercial new builds, and fit-outs
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade processes
• Proficiency with CostX, AutoCAD, or similar QS software
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to relocate
